School Programs

Our school programs will provide students with access to a resident personal trainer (PT) for all their health and fitness needs. The role of your trainer will be to provide guidance when it comes to goal setting, customising resistance training programs, providing supervision whilst teens train as well as motivating them towards their goals. Students will also be offered group fitness classes such a boxing and body weight drills to keep them active.

  • Individual programs – Healthy Teens customizes all our training programs to suit to goals of all students.
  • Group fitness classes – Make fitness fun! We run a range of boxing, resistance weights as well as cardio based programs as aimed at improving the fitness of participating teens.
  • Special needs training – In consultation with their doctor, healthy teens set realistic targets to keep these teens driven.
  • Confidence building - Our goal is to build the confidence of all teens to believe that all things are possible.

  • Through our customised programs as well as group sessions, students will develop their motor sensors, strategic thinking and active listening skills.

  • Our programs will encourage teens to stay active outside school hours rather than living a sedentary lifestyle.
