Hi there! My name is Paapa Kweku and I’m a Health and Wellness Expert! As a qualified personal trainer and motivational speaker, the weekly sessions I facilitate have been formulated to get my clients moving as well as help them feel great!
When it comes to teenagers, the research is clear. Physically active teens are more likely to be academically motivated, alert, and successful. My goal when setting up healthyteens.com.au was simply to make a positive difference to the lives of teenagers through structured health and wellness programs. I aim to achieve this by offering a number of services such as the facilitation of a resident personal trainer at local schools for all students to access, personalised fitness and resistance based programs, a range of health seminars as well as outdoor sporting activities. These programs have been designed to provide your teens with a range of resistance based health options; all aimed at promoting positive and sustainable long term behavioural change!
